I have been keeping my journal at![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif)
eight_thirteen for quite some time now. It was a place to show off some of my artwork, a place to make friends and to set my feelings down in print.
Over time, it has evolved into a place where I post things that amuse me, because I need that and hopefully someone else gets a smile from it also. It is also a place for me to vent my feelings about politics, a subject for which I have very strong feelings.
Unfortunately, I started posting less and less of my art.
This journal is an attempt to change that. I want this journal to serve as a portfolio of sorts, at least until I manage to get around to writing the site I want to have for my work.
All are welcome to look around, to comment or to add me as a friend if you wish. I am looking to add other artists to my friends list in this journal, because that is where I gain inspiration and ideas.
